Contracts and Procurement Administrator

This position is responsible for the administration and management of the Health Services procurement of contracts, contract management system and ensure that all aspects pertaining to financial, commercial and legal matters are effectively implemented and contractual requirements are complied with.

This role involves the financial stewardship of projects going to tender to including life cycle costing, forecasting, contract letting, variation tracking and compliance to the procurement policies. Upon completion, contracts are reviewed and supplier performance is compared against key performance indicators with formal reporting to management, auditors and external stakeholders.
