Our Investment Advisory team provides a comprehensive, highly tailored, integrated wealth management service to a select number of highly engaged sophisticated clients. A high calibre team that prides itself on providing high-quality services to their clients.
The Opportunity Working with the Head of Investment Advisory, Partners and the team, you will play a key role in managing the day to day administration activities as expected.
As the Team Coordinator/EA, you will always be representing the team and be keeping with the Firm values. You will be expected to be a clear communicator, able to build rapport quickly, to achieve results effectively and in a consultative way, aiming to build relationships with people, regardless of position or seniority. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all documentation, marketing proposals, presentations and communications are correctly formatted and presented before distribution, for the collective team
Ability to take initiative with little supervision working both autonomously and collaboratively
Responsible for managing and obtaining highly confidential and sensitive information to support the team
Liaise and coordinate all meetings, both internally and externally, with clients, external fund managers and advisors
Provide pro-active solutions and resolve issues as and when they may arise.
Extensive experience dealing with various technology applications, a high level of computer skills, and the confidence and ability to be able to support a team remotely in this current environment is mandatory for this role
Whilst you are meticulously organised, well in advance, expect things to change, and at short notice. You are flexible and adaptable, you are a natural problem solver, and can think ahead
High attention to detail is imperative as is the ability to think laterally when problem-solving
The background and experience that will be advantageous and preferred is: a demonstrated understanding of client services gained in Professional Services such as Legal, Accounting or Consulting, Investment Advisory/Wealth Management
A minimum of 3 years’ experience, gained in a similar role that will have exposed the ideal candidate to the skills needed to be able to multi-task priorities, competing deadlines and manage various personalities whilst remaining composed under pressure
A keen interest in finance and a desire to pursue a career within Investment Advisory will be supported and encouraged
Qualifications in Office Administration, or Business and Finance related fields will be well regarded.
