Cherrylane is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic book keeper/administration assistant to join our friendly team. The candidate is required to multi task and be hands on.
The successful candidate must possess/have the following attributes and skills:
Prior experience or training in office administration
Experience with MYOB
Experience with payroll
Experience with invoicing and accounts payable
Excellent computer skills
Friendly and personable manner
Work autonomously, as well as with others
Work well under pressure
The Role will entail:
Order entry and invoicing
Answer phones and customer queries
Negotiable upon level of experience.
