Liebherr-Australia currently has a vacancy for a Parts Interpreter to join the Mobile Crane Division.
Reporting directly to the National Parts Manager, the Parts Interpreter is responsible for the ordering and interpreting of spare parts and provision of accurate, timely technical and product information to Liebherr customers and internal departments.
Key criteria for this role include:
Ensuring customers order and receive correct parts in line with their requirement
Providing Technical and Product information to customers
Identifying and securing additional parts sales opportunities
Monitoring the effectiveness of parts processes including stock control and inventory
Providing professional and timely customer service to internal and external customers at all times
Maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders.
Knowledge of machines and components would be advantageous and previous experience with an OEM or related heavy industry will be highly regarded. Organisation, attention to detail, computer literacy and strong customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
