Experienced Netsuite CRM User, Bookkeeping and Financial Accounting, Permanent Part Time - 25 hours/week.
Poolwerx is Australia's largest franchised Pool and Spa Care network. Our award-winning business operates three retail shops plus infield teams and now seek the assistance of an experienced bookkeeper.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Processing bank reconciliations
Co-manage all financial admin processes
Debtor and creditor management
Financial reporting including cash flow reports
Data entry and admin tasks as required
Who are we looking for
The successful candidate is satisfied working as a part-time but crucial team member delivering professional skills and work experiences:
Netsuite user experience is wholly essential
Quarterly BAS preparation & lodgment
General bookkeeping - enter, reconcile, report
Reporting on business performance, forecasts, efficiencies & opportunity for improvement
Preparing detailed financials ready for handover
Demonstrated ability to use own initiative
Attention to detail and improving procedures
