Young Minds Health and Development Network is looking for 2 dedicated and resourceful receptionists to be available for our 4 Clinics in North Lakes, Redcliffe, Stafford and The Gap. We call our reception staff, Client Relations Officers (CRO's) because of the complex work that they do in allocating clients to clinicians and performing all the tasks associated with support for our clinicians.
The positions can be permanent part time or casual which can be negotiated by the successful applicants. The position attracts the pay scale for Medical support personnel, Level 3.
The successful applicants will have excellent problem solving skills, good at multitasking and have an excellent customer service manner. These positions are for candidates who work well under pressure- to be on your toes and like it!
The Role requires:
High quality administration support and reception services to the clients and staff in a professional and caring manner
Attend to client enquiries - provide information to assist clients or refer them to the appropriate contacts within the clinic or elsewhere.
Monitor and record all communications..
Document management - management of client records with high priority to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with Privacy Laws and Legislation
Attain computer software knowledge of Smartsoft Front Desk - scheduling, data entry and coding, client billing and invoicing, preparation of reports, maintaining files and databases.
Sound knowledge of Medicare, Hicaps, DVA, MASS, Care Plans, Work Cover and Eftpos.
Work professionally, respectfully and collaboratively with management, doctors, clients, supporting staff and the community at large.
