Accounts/Admin Officer

Our Mechanical Business in Mount Louisa, Townsville requires a Accounts/Admin Clerk

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answer phone calls and direct accordingly
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries
  • Manage and reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Invoicing
  • Data entry
  • Maintaining customer records in database and physical files.
  • Archiving

 

The successful candidate must possess the following:

  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Good Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Current manual driver's license
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Must show initiative
  • Excellent literacy skills
  • Good sense of humour

 

Preferred skills in the following:

  • Previous customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility to assist where required
  • MYOB or similar accounting package skills. (Training will be provided)
