Howes Kaye Halpin is a dynamic, fun team, filled with superstar lawyers and support staff. We are passionate about our work and pride ourselves on achieving amazing results for our clients.
We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our team.
Your role will include and not be limited to the following:
- Front of house first point of contact.
- Answering, screening, and distributing telephone calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Maintaining presentation of reception, meeting room and kitchen
- Ordering of kitchen items, stationery
- Manage emails
- Scanning, printing and collating
- Archiving files
- All general adhoc duties as needed
To be successful in your application you must meet the following criteria:
- Well presented, spoken, positive, with a proactive can-do attitude with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Previous experience working in a professional environment would be highly considered.
