Role Overview: 

We are looking for an experienced and motivated front desk salesperson to assist in converting enquiries to consultations. The business in in a growth phase and we are looking for someone who is happy to marry accountability and responsibility together with their outstanding sales conversion skills to walk this path with us. This is a long term position for someone that wants to be part of something special and become an integral piece of our fabulous business pie.

This position offers a great opportunity for the right person to grow with the business and build a unique business. We can teach you the treatments and products, however your CAN DO attitude is what is going to encourage us to hire you. You will be working with the owner of the business, physicians, cosmetic doctors, therapists and allied health professionals.

 

Some Duties & Responsibilities (some):

  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Meeting and greeting patients on arrival, and creating strong rapport.
  • Follow up all patients post treatment.
  • Making outbound calls to confirm appointments.
  • Re-booking patients.
  • Communicate with patients and therapists to ensure any follow-up action is taken if required.
  • Support reception staff, clinicians and therapists with management of schedules and in clinic patient flow. 
  • Implementation of best clinic practice protocols and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Implementation and development of new ideas to increase sales, patient retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the marketing team to manage treatment list, pricing, content production and implementation of strategies.

Skills & Experience:

  • Highly motivated with a great attitude and positive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Background in aesthetic, beauty or medical industry highly regarded.
  • Sales ability and an understanding of upselling.
  • Focus on the customer experience and know how to deliver it at a very high level.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate those around you.
