OZ Design Furniture are seeking a reliable full-time Product Assistant to work alongside the Product department at our office in Rouse Hill. This role is perfect for an individual seeking a position that offers a variety of tasks and the opportunity to progress within a business of growth.
Role and Responsibilities
Database Management - Entering new product SKU's into the system daily and ensuring data is kept up to date on an ongoing basis. This is a key part of this role.
Supplier Communication - Develop and maintain relationships with supplier base.
General Product assistance with day to day tasks.
Swatching and Sampling Labelling and dispatch of all fabric samples.
Planning and assisting in Product selection days.
Prepare and collate product orders in Excel to send to suppliers.
Assistance on the promotional, inventory and category maintenance of the e-commerce store.
Assisting on photoshoots as required.
Skills and Capabilities
Highly organised, and the ability to multi-task.
Strong attention to detail.
Competent computer skills with sound knowledge in Excel.
Enjoy working in a team environment.
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a can do attitude.
