Reporting to the Manager Student Recruitment you will join a team of passionate staff who are playing their part in making sure that we are Here for Good.
As the VET Course and Careers Advisor, you will manage a pipeline of prospective students, actively calling a minimum of 30 warm or hot leads (no cold calling!) a day to work towards reaching your sales targets. Utilising email, phone and SMS you will effectively follow up with and advise students over the recruitment period to assist them from a prospective lead to enrolment.
On a typical day in this role you will:
Pitch, qualify and follow up on student leads and manage the end to end enrolment process
Providing exceptional customer service to perspective students and internal stakeholders
Serve as the point of contact for walk-ins / face to face student consultations on campus
Assess and ensure VET Nursing entry criteria are met by prospective students
Ensure students meet the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia requirements prior to enrolment
This is a Permanent Full Time position based at our campus in Sydney or Melbourne, though flexibility of location (Adelaide or Brisbane) will be considered for the right candidate. Experience in telephone sales in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Attention to detail and strong administration skills
