PURPOSE OF ROLE:
The purpose of this position is to work with the Group General Manager to ensure that Madill Motor Group has a well balanced, co-ordinated, consistent approach to its Branding and Marketing. This will include maintaining Madill Motor Group's brand standards to ensure legal and factory standards are maintained. Madill Motor Group aspire to be the number one Automotive retail dealership brand in SEQ. The Marketing Manager will help make this a reality.
THE ROLE ITSELF:
The role itself will be very diverse and fun! Some of the key role functions will be to:
Have a large focus on supporting our local community through sponsorships where you will need to build a good relationship with each of these sponsors and then ensure we are getting value from these sponsorship activities.
Provide expertise around our digital and social media strategy and execution. This will require you to be hands on and working with our management team.
Coordinating our traditional medium marketing to ensure it is professional and meeting our branding objectives.
Manage our entire group marketing budget to ensure we are maximizing our marketing spend.
Ensuring we are maximizing our CRM and database communication so that we are delivering the right messages at the right time to our database. You will also be involved with our CRM team who actively contact our database to ensure our communication to our customers is aligned.

Remuneration & Location
This is a new role for the Madill Motor Group with the remuneration based around the successful applicants experience and skill set. The role will be predominantly based at Noosa with some travel required to our Gympie locations and local sponsorships.
Skills and experience
We are looking for someone with plenty of passion and energy to join our team who loves diversity in their role and is very committed to helping both our organisation and the wider community. You will need to have a positive can do attitude and provide a positive influence to our team.
Extensive experience in marketing with a proven track record in sales campaigns, creation of point of sale material and customer communication.
Thorough knowledge of both customer and product life cycles.
Ability to present and communicate at all levels of the organisation.
Strong leadership qualities with good communication, interpersonal and communication skills
Have a sound working knowledge of digital communication, digital campaign management and online marketing channel.
