UC Physio is a family owned and operated physiotherapy business in Upper Coomera and now Pimpama.
About the role
The role involves a mix of reception and administrative duties. It involves gaining relevant information from prospective clients, booking appointments, invoicing, emailing, corresponding and generally being polite and friendly to all our customers.
There will be regular phone and email correspondence and this will need to be precise and accurate.
We need the applicant to have excellent communication skills.
We have a friendly team where we are working to improve the lives of our clients.
We are located in the thriving northern Gold Coast originally Upper Coomera and have now expanded to Pimpama.
Skills and experience
Administrative and reception skills are needed.
This includes excellent computer skills, with an eye for detail. We use a mix of Apple and PC with Halaxy as our major booking system. Experience with these is desirable but not essential.
A pleasant friendly attitude and a willingness to help others.
Previous experience with HICAPS, EFTPOS, Medicare, NDIS billing procedures is desirable.
The ability to multi-task is essential as our front desk is always busy.
Prioritising tasks and having an understanding of how this role affects the rest of the team is essential.
How to apply
The hours that we require are:
Pimpama: Monday 8am - 5pm, Wednesday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am -5pm
Upper Coomera: Tuesday 1pm to 7pm, Thursday 1-7pm
Some Saturday work may be required.
