EA to the Principal

We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced Executive Assistants for this full-time, ongoing position. The role is primarily responsible for providing professional support for the day-to-day needs of the Principal.

We are seeking candidates who have a minimum of 3+ years experience working in a similar role and possess:

  • sound communication skills written and verbal
  • impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills
  • the ability to demonstrate initiative and work autonomously with a high level of productivity
  • extensive experience in managing an executive calendar
  • the ability to contribute to a warm and welcoming environment for all stakeholder groups
  • strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaborative working platforms
  • ability to multi-task with excellent accuracy, organisation and planning skills
  • strong attention to detail and the ability to work with discretion regarding highly confidential matters
  • a current Working with Children Check
  • a genuine concern for students and their families
  • knowledge of synergetic would be highly adventageous
