We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Officer to join the team at The Willows, located in Winston Hills, NSW.
This is a full time permanent role, Monday to Friday No weekends!
Your tasks will include:
Maintenance and trade work as required, such as changing lightbulbs, tap washers, assisting residents
Assessing any maintenance requests and attending to these where possible, or arranging contractors for major works
Assisting with ground care, such as window washing, clearing gutters
Servicing of appliances, such air conditioners
Bringing in bins, keeping these clean and tidy
Interacting and building relationships with residents, visitors and Stockland employees
We are looking for someone with hands on experience as a Maintenance Officer or with previous trades experience. You will be comfortable interacting with our residents, have clear communication and good people skills.
