About the role

Due to multiple brand acquisitions, we are looking for an experienced individual with proven experience in Aftermarket Sales.  Reporting to the Group Business Manager, this role will form an integral part of the Finance and Sales Team in ensuring Aftermarket branch targets and profit objectives are met.

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual, who can complement the existing team and share the company's philosophy of "commitment to success through exceptional customer service".


  • Meet, greet and welcome customers to the dealership;
  • Presenting a range of premium aftermarket products to customers;
  • Liaise with customers re product warranty, explain terms and conditions;
  • Follow up application/installation has been fitted to vehicle in accordance with sales order;
  • Manage all associated paperwork and administrative tasks;
  • Ensure marketing material is professional presented and up to date;
  • Attend regular training re new products;
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with Customers, Sales Consultants and Business Managers;

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in Aftermarket sales and customer service;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Professional presentation with an energetic and charismatic approach;
  • Negotiation and problem solving ability;
  • A discipline for process and procedure, including a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Commitment to excellence in customer service
