Hedweld are seeking an Administration Officer for a full time fixed term position (Maternity Leave), based at our Mount Thorley site.
This position is responsible for providing support in the areas of Accounts Payable and general Reception duties. The successful applicant will be a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication skills, a proven ability to work well within a team, be able to liaise with and resolve both internal and external queries and have an excellent track record in Accounts Payable and general Reception duties.
Main Responsibilities Including but not limited to:
Accounts Payable processing and payments
Reconciling of supplier statements
Investigate and resolve issues regarding supplier invoices
Answering and management of incoming phone calls
General reception and administration duties as requested
Successful Applicant must have:
Solid understanding of accounts payable principles gained through prior experience
Good planning and organisational skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Certificate III in Accounts Administration desirable.
Experience using Pronto would be highly desirable
As part of the recruitment process suitable applicants will be required to attend a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
