With the introduction of a range of new products and the resulting substantial growth over the past 5 years, they are currently seeking to employ an Customer Service Internal Sales Administrator with a strong background in Customer Service and Sales. 

About the Role:

Dealing with high end architectural products, this role involves:

  • Dealing with Architects, Interior Designers and high-end builders and shop fitters
  • Handling incoming and outgoing sales enquires
  • Creating and processing of customers orders
  • Creating sales quotes
  • Keying of orders
  • Invoicing customers
  • Maintain and utilise a CRM database
  • Preparing brochures and relevant documentation for new and existing customers
  • Showroom sales
  • Strong Administration and customer service background.
  • Experience in working in a product related industry

  • A proven track record in dealing with a product related consumable within the hardware, building or similar industries preferred

  • Have a solution selling ethos, being able to develop relations with clients and provide the right answers and solutions
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to build strong customer relationship
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong computer skills
  • A positive can do and enthusiastic approach to your job
