In this multi-faceted role, you will manage the day to day operational requirements of the corporate Customer Service Team, including supervision of front-line customer service, telephone services and administration. In addition to this you will also be required to play a key role in the organisations Digital Transformation Strategy which aims to increase the online services available to our community.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have exemplary customer service skills and have the ability to lead and develop people. A primary focus for this role will be to review the overall customer experience for selected services and identify areas for improvement. Organisationally we aim to increase our online end to end service availability for our community. This project will require a customer focussed person to provide input in order to guide the outcomes to ensure they are customer driven.
