Receptionist / Administrator

We are a local marine service provider looking for a front-line Receptionist / Administrator. 

We are searching for someone who can work as part of a team, be enthusiastic, reliable and have a willingness to learn.

The successful applicant will have strong data entry skills with Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel) and a high attention to detail. Experience with SAP would be advantageous. Exceptional organisational skills will be required.

This position includes large volumes of data entry, reporting and covering all reception duties. Experience in the marine or building industry will be highly favoured. 

This is a full-time position Mon - Fri with some Saturday's.
