Front Desk Reception

Maternity Leave Position (with the potential to become permanent)

We are a large motor vehicle repairer with recommended repairer status with all major insurance companies and a car rental office onsite.

You will be working alongside our receptionist who will provide full training.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and friendly receptionist to join our team.

Some of your duties will be

  • Answering and directing phones calls
  • Monitoring Emails
  • Process payments
  • Booking appointments
  • Processing car rental bookings

Applicants must have/be

  • Experience in reception and or administration work
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Willingness and ability to learn new skills

Hours Full Time 

Monday to Friday 8.00am 4.30pm
