As a Customer Service Officer, you will be supportive, positive and able to show empathy to customers, whilst delivering the best possible outcome to internal and external clients.
Your main responsibility will be the Co-Ordination of Sales, with some face to face showroom sales.
Your duties will include:Managing AccountsProcessing OrdersAnswering calls & enquiriesAssisting new clients with product enquiriesProcessing quotesProblem solvingPricing and availabilityAdministration dutiesThe ideal candidate has to be friendly, cheerful and bubbly and who is a team player. You will also have strong attention to detail & communication skills with previous customer service experience.
