Long Reef Golf Club is a premium waterfront venue on Sydney's Northern Beaches. With a membership base of over 1600, our busy venue is home away from home for many locals.
Our event spaces host over 100 Weddings a year along with corporate and social events. Our beachfront caf and bar operates 7 days a week to our membership base and general public.
The successful applicant will have outstanding customer service focus with the ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast and vibrant environment.

About the role:
As our front desk team member you will perform an integral role in making members and guests feel welcome when visiting the club.
You will be a key player in representing our brand in this fast paced and varied role. You will be required to have knowledge of all club facilities ranging from golf, membership, weddings, events and our onsite caf.
This is a Full-Time position working Tuesday to Saturday each week.
Tasks & responsibilities
General administration duties, including answering phones, greeting members and guests and being the first point of contact for all queries
Take bookings for our busy White Rock Cafe
House membership sales and processing
Website updates, membership mailouts including managing the weekly newsletter
Provide office support to administration team and maintain the office
Maintain business office inventory and equipment by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, and scheduling equipment service and repairs.
Additional ad hoc duties including cash handling and invoicing
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Wordpress and Mailchimp
Ability to work unsupervised
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Fast learner who shows initiative
Good computer skills
