Office Administration (Legal)

We are a boutique law firm in Mooloolaba, seeking an Administrative Assistant join the team to undertake general office and administrative duties.

This position is available for commencement immediately. Hours and wages are negotiable, based on your skill and experience.

Duties include:

  • Word processing
  • Outside Clerk
  • Office assistant

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • Have good computer skills (MS Office - word & outlook essential)
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have drivers licence & vehicle
  • Are trustworthy, well presented, organized, efficient and have good time management
