KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
M/V L/V SWITCHGEAR
You will be joining TAMCO AUSTRALIA, a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, a multi-billion dollar international conglomerate. TAMCO is a dynamic manufacturer and marketer of mainly M/V Switchgear, further developing its presence in Australia. The Company has successfully operated in Australia for many years and has undertaken numerous projects across Sectors such as Utilities, Mining/Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Water Treatment, Infrastructure and the like.
Sales are often long lead-time, requiring a mature, persevering and tactful approach to achieving sales results. We are seeking someone with a background in M/V L/V Switchgear, whose career has been built upon personal selling and continues to enjoy this responsibility. Post Secondary Electrical qualifications will be advantageous.
The role will entail additional responsibilities, from end to end management of Tenders and Proposals (with support from the overseas Factory), through to Key Account Management and liaison with Head Office support and local service engineering, together with the fast growing area of Relays and Integrated Solutions.
A self-starter is needed, able to work largely autonomously from home office, reporting to the National Sales Manager in Sydney. A willingness to travel interstate and overseas to Head Office (when Border policies allow), is necessary.
