The successful Project Manager will be responsible for a diverse range of responsibilities. Working as part of a team which delivers quality repairs and exceeds Customer expectations.
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
Conducting onsite assessments of insured properties to scope damages and determine policy coverage.
Create detailed and accurate assessment reports.
Create detailed repair estimating and quoting.
Managing repairs and contractors.
Liaising with Customers, Building Professionals and Insurance Assessors.
Provide technical expertise on claim repairs.
To be successful in the position the following attributes are desirable:
A Building Trade Certificate or knowledge in Building / Electrical and Plumbing.
Intermediate computer skills and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
A high level of attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills.
Ability to problem solve and manage trade or Customer conflict.
Exceptional Customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
An eye for detail and willingness to learn new tasks.
Current driver's licence.
Willingness to travel within the state and work flexible hours.
The full-time position is based in our Hobart City office and will include Salary, Vehicle / Allowance, Fuel Card, Phone and Parking.
