Client Services Coordinator (14 month maternity leave cover)

Acumentis is a leading national valuation firm within the commercial, residential, regional and rural valuation sectors. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team based in Subiaco. You will be reliable, have a strong customer service background, and contribute to growing and continuously improving in this rewarding role supporting the team and Management.

Some of the things you will be doing:

  • Undertake prompt reviews of valuation instructions to ensure clarity, appropriateness and ability to complete prior to acceptance.
  • Review and understand due diligence of incoming jobs to determine if in-scope or out of scope
  • Ensure the report type and fee is appropriate for the instructed property profile, client requirements and likely value range
  • Build quality rapport with regular clients and organize catchups/social events etc. to grow and maintain these relationships.
  • Develop KPIs for the team around the growth of non-private work, focus on increasing conversions, increasing cross-selling conversions.
  • Undertake relevant searches for the property to ensure all supporting documents are obtained, ordered, attached and correctly recorded on file in the timeframe that supports the job's progression to meet client SLA.
  • Collate and maintain comprehensive and up to date central records database
  • Handle all queries relating to the valuation file efficiently in conjunction with the valuer.

What are we looking for Someone with the following:

  • You must have experience in a sales environment preferably in telecommunications, insurance or finance industry.
  • Experience in recognising and converting cross-selling opportunities.
  • Confidence on the phone and have a polite, helpful and personable phone manner.
  • Experience with travel and accommodation bookings is high regarded.
  • Experience in the property sector is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are a MUST.
  • Strong IT skills fully competent with all Microsoft Office applications.
  • A can-do attitude.
  • Motivation to excel in a position and make it your own.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain calm under pressure.
  • Able to think on your feet.
  • Reliable, loyal, and committed.
  • Team player.  

It is a condition of employment that staff are to have a Federal Police Clearance (paid for by the business).
