Client Reporting Analyst

We currently have an opportunity for a strong Client Reporting Analyst to join the national Financial Planning and Analysis team providing detailed, concise, and insightful reporting in support of internal and external stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of multiple monthly client reports to ensure reporting deadlines are met;
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure all reporting content is accurate and captured in a timely manner;
  • Assist in the development and automation of client and matter reporting;
  • Maintain and track client agreements, either volume discounts or rebates;
  • Interpret financial data, undertake trend analysis, proactively highlight anomalies, investigate erroneous reporting and confirm the integrity of the data;
  • Continually improve on data quality, and collation of data to ensure accurate output for client reporting;
  • Assist with all global client reporting requirements in relation to client and matter reporting;
  • Provide written and verbal analysis of Finance reports as required;
  • Prepare for all internal client and matter reporting as required, including headlight, key and enterprise client programmes and team leader strategy day;
    Assist with the Client Accounting team month end processes, including rate adjustments, WIP recalculations, billings and data entry;

Requirements:

  • Highly developed attention to detail, analytical and conceptual skills, strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems;
  • Highly developed organisational skills - demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to interpret financial and non-financial data to effectively add value to key stakeholders;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel;
  • Experience running SQL queries and SSRS dashboard and reports;
  • Intermediate Powerpoint.
