The Corporate Services and Governance group are looking for a dynamic Business Services Administrator on a part-time basis (working hours 10am 2pm over 5 days per week) based in the North Ryde, NSW office. This role will be responsible for providing the smooth day to day running of the office, being the contact person for the coordination of local site maintenance, safety, event and general administration and reception duties. This will include supporting the Facilities Management team.

Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, you will also be responsible for:

  • Compliance and Work, Health and Safety matters in conjunction with the Facilities team
  • Assisting in the coordination of property matters, including liaising with contractors
  • Maintaining of prescribed databases in a timely manner

To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be a true team player and meet the key selection criteria outlined below.

Key Selection Criteria:

  1. A minimum of 4 years in an office environment, preferably within the non for profit or health sector
  2. Experience in administration and organisation with a demonstrated ability to work on a number of tasks with competing priorities
  3. Demonstrated experience in providing an end to end travel booking process
  4. Demonstrated computer literacy, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent experience
  • Facilities and/or Property management experience will be viewed favourably.
