Australian Animal Health Company located near Eastern Creek requires a Personal Assistant to provide high level executive support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
Working as a personal assistant to the Director, you will also be providing some support across a wide variety of office administration tasks as required. This is a truly varied and dynamic role, where you will expand your skills and experience, undertaking personal assistant, some accounts, HR and general administration tasks associated with the daily running of the business. We are looking for an all-rounder, someone with a friendly, motivated and enthusiastic attitude will be perfect for this role!
Your Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant
Demonstrated ability to provide administration support in a demanding and high-pressure executive office
Professional and proactive with own initiative and solutions
Proven ability to produce high quality documents in a timely manner for internal, external and Board purposes.
High level organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Advanced skills and experience with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, self-management skills and proven capacity to work within a fluid and dynamic environment with limited supervision
An uncompromising attitude towards discretion and confidentiality.
