About the role
We have an excellent opportunity for a full time Quality and Compliance Officer to join the Corporate Services team based at our Cannington office.
Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for providing administration support to the Corporate Services team and implementing the compliance, risk, quality and workplace safety frameworks.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
Complaint and feedback coordination.
Oversee incoming workplace safety correspondence.
Coordinate workplace safety events.
Administer the Internal Audit Control.
Facilitate Document Control.
Data entry and report writing.
Provide administration for the Quality Risk and Compliance Committee and Workplace Health and Safety Committee.
Assist with audit preparation and continuous improvement requirements.
To be successful you will have the following key attributes:
A professional presentation with excellent verbal and written skills.
Strong time management and attention to detail.
A positive can do attitude to work with a flexible approach.
Ability to liaise with people from various levels and backgrounds.
Previous experience working in the not for profit sector is desirable.
Ability to live RW values and a true desire to share the mental health recovery journey of our clients.
