The Wolves Den is a well-established, exciting and fast-paced tattoo & laser tattoo removal company located in Melbournes southeast.

We're expanding fast and due to our growth, we're looking for a fantastic talent member to join our fun, energetic and committed team in Pakenham on a full-time basis to service a growing database of new and existing customers with sales and after service support.

The successful candidate will have excellent relationship building skills based on delivering a high level of customer service and account management. This position is suited to an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong record in phone sales & driven by KPI targets. The objective is to generate sales from lead enquiries, marketing campaigns and networking.

The core Responsibilities & Outcomes for this role include:

  • Direct administrative support for Managing Directors, including appointment management

  • Consulting with customers and assisting with their tattoo ideas (both online and in person) and assisting the tattoo artists with sales, upsells and processing of bookings

  • Making outbound calls to warm leads

  • Convert leads to sales

  • Provide a high level of service to clients

  • Build and retain long term relationships

  • Engaging and responding with all customers enquiries

  • Counter & phone sales to walk in customers (both existing & new)

  • Help achieve store budgets for sales and gross profit

  • Problem solving and ability to provide solutions

  • Identifying new opportunities for sales growth & contributing to the Continuous Improvement philosophy of the business

  • Daily and continued follow ups as per company requirements.  

  • Assisting with day to day logistics of the business

  • Satisfactory understanding of a retail environment

  • Other activities that serve the team and business as required
