Office Manager

Flexible working environment, Varied role.

We are looking for an Experienced Office Manager to join our growing Landscape Construction business based in Bendigo. The position is part-time and hours are negotiable (approximately 20hrs per week).

Experience in Xero accounting program would be advantageous, as would working with the trades industry. Must be able to work independently.

Attention to detail and a can do attitude is a must. 

Duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Working closely with business owners.
  • Preparation of quotes, contracts and invoices
  • Ordering of materials
  • Bookkeeping & Payroll
  • Prepare all OH&S requirements and ensure implementation 
  • Liaise with suppliers, engineers and planners
  • Social media
  • Other Adhoc tasks
