Northside Caravan repairs currently have an opportunity for an experienced/qualified technician to join the team.
We have a diverse repair and service facility with links to all major brands and suppliers within our industry. We pride ourselves in giving the customer a very personal one-on-one experience along with an enjoyable work environment. The person we are seeking must be qualified (MRB, MRC, Trade Cert etc), experienced, reliable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
Caravan and RV servicing, repair and accessory installation.
Custom jobs requiring minor modifications and fabrication of parts.
Understand current industry standard methods of repair and diagnosing (including appliances).
Completing jobs within allocated time with excellent attention to detail and quality control.
Record all details of work conducted on supplied job sheets.
Maintaining a well organised and clean work area.
Able to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, staff and management.
Versatile with a willingness to adapt and adjust to get the job done.
Experience and skills required:
Caravan and RV experience in a dealership and/or service centre.
Relevant qualifications and work history.
Have own tools and willing to purchase tools if necessary. (Factory specific tools supplied).
Drivers Licence. A forklift licence is beneficial.
Passion for caravans, or caravanning, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Excellent communication skills.
