About the role

The Executive Assistant participates in a range of high-level activities for and on behalf of EPIS and is required to ensure that the dissemination of information to operational support areas are always carried out in a connected, supportive, professional and timely manner. This is a key position responsible for the delivery of an effective administrative support service to enable EPIS Executive to manage the strategy, planning and delivery of organisational goals and objectives.

Skills and experience

You MUST also provide a detailed CV with two professional Referees, one of whom MUST be your current or most recent Line Manager. Criteria

  1. Experienced Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Administrator or Manager (with significant years of transferable experience).
  2. High level written communication skills in the preparation of draft correspondence, i.e. meeting agendas, minutes, letters, memorandums, newsletters, annual reports etc.
  3. High level interpersonal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively and professionally with a range of internal and external key stakeholders.
  4. Comprehensive computer literacy skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc) along with the ability to understand and apply the use of other database systems relevant to this position.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  6. Demonstrated ability to solve problems, to resolve conflict and to manage own time.
  7. Possess a current WA Drivers Licence.
