Our head office on the Mornington Peninsula is looking for a passionate Installation Scheduler to join our busy Scheduling Team. 

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, position within Sunbather.

We require an action driven team member to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with Installers and all internal team members
  • Provide the customer with an exceptional experience
  • Maintain the brand of the organisation by ensuring all installations are scheduled with accuracy and precision
  • Liaising and coordinating with third party hire
  • Proactively communicate appointments with trade and retail clients
  • High level data entry, ensuring to document all communications accurately
  • Invoicing and stock allocation post-installations, including secure processing of balance payments
  • Troubleshooting of issues post-installation (training provided) and scheduling call backs as required

About you:

  • Prior experience within a Customer Service/Scheduling role
  • Capacity to learn technical processes (full training provided)
  • Effective listening and dispute resolution skills
  • Organised and mature minded
  • Consultative, decisive, clear with your instructions, and have a strong eye for detail
  • An ability to prioritise tasks and find a solution quickly
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
  • Passionate about producing work to high standard
  • Flexible and happy with a variety of tasks
  • Reliable

We are a fast-paced office, so the ability to self-motivate and work autonomously is required.
