Client Services

We are an established financial planning practice based in North Sydney and are currently seeking a Client Services Administrator on a full time basis to cover a maternity leave position, although for the right candidate there is the potential for a permanent role and potential progression.

 

This position will suit a self- motivated and interactive person looking for a flexible and down to earth work environment. Being a small business you are exposed to most aspects of the financial planning process.  

 

The Role includes, but is not limited to the following:

 

  • Administrative support including preparing documentation
  • Communicating promptly with customers and product providers through various channels
  • Managing the booking of client appointments
  • Aiding in compliance requirements
  • Assisting with research and advice preparation
  • Preparing Investment reports
  • Assisting with implementation of Advice
  • Updating and Maintaining client files on XPLAN.
  • Performing general office duties such as answering phones, collecting mail

 

Knowledge and experience:

  • To work autonomously and as part of a small team
  • Ability to manage and prioritise work and a willingness to accept responsibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be able to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • High attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Understanding of the financial planning process
  • Willingness to assist in the continual improvement in processes and the client experience
  • Experience using XPLAN Financial Software is preferred although training will be provided to the right candidate
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
