We are an established financial planning practice based in North Sydney and are currently seeking a Client Services Administrator on a full time basis to cover a maternity leave position, although for the right candidate there is the potential for a permanent role and potential progression.
This position will suit a self- motivated and interactive person looking for a flexible and down to earth work environment. Being a small business you are exposed to most aspects of the financial planning process.
The Role includes, but is not limited to the following:
Administrative support including preparing documentation
Communicating promptly with customers and product providers through various channels
Managing the booking of client appointments
Aiding in compliance requirements
Assisting with research and advice preparation
Preparing Investment reports
Assisting with implementation of Advice
Updating and Maintaining client files on XPLAN.
Performing general office duties such as answering phones, collecting mail
Knowledge and experience:
To work autonomously and as part of a small team
Ability to manage and prioritise work and a willingness to accept responsibility
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be able to maintain discretion and confidentiality
High attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Understanding of the financial planning process
Willingness to assist in the continual improvement in processes and the client experience
Experience using XPLAN Financial Software is preferred although training will be provided to the right candidate
Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
