Due to expanding workload, a full-time position is available in Southern and Regional Perth to join this growing commercial building company. We are currently experiencing rapid growth and therefore we are searching for a passionate Project Administrator to join our Project Management team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Providing assistance to the project managers engaging subcontractors
Submitting reports to project managers
Providing administrative support to the site team
Prepare project timeline in software Prime, coordinate and liaise with Project manager/projects Supervisor, Suppliers, subcontractors
Managing projects, ensuring project is uploaded to the Cheops system
Communicate with required parties in regards to the progress of works
Communicating & managing a range of people including subcontractors, office staff, estimators, surveyors, architects etc.
Manage daily start-up meetings to discuss projects and ensure timelines are being met
Prepare purchase orders and progress claim
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in any discipline and/or Certificate IV/Diploma of Project Management
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, project management software (Cheops), and the ability of reading and interpreting plans and specifications
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Administrator / Contracts Administrator
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
Experience working effectively in a team environment
Capability to understand new processes and picking them up quickly
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
