The individual we are looking for must understand the advantages and benefits of the broad range of advertising and media platforms including across offline traditional media and also online areas including social and must have the open mind to embrace new media formats with internal training while reinforcing traditional formats when required. The ability to sell media services across multi platforms is crucial with at least some degree of experience in knowledge in all media areas in order to do this.
To succeed in this role you must be a lateral thinker and be proactive in all aspects of engaging with new businesses and most importantly have the ability to sell all media services with a disciplined, informative approach demonstrating value in all aspects of delivery.
You must have at least 12 months' experience in the industry and possess commercial skills and some business acumen to understand business on a strategic level to help connect with all the All About Media team specialists. Thereby assisting the client in delivering their marketing objectives.
In this role you will be part a dynamic team that are responsible for managing and overseeing digital and traditional media campaigns locally and nationally.

Efficient in all MS Office programs
Excellent communication skills and a likeable nature in your approach.
Sincere and hardworking ethic
Friendly outgoing personality with existing adaptive selling techniques to a variety of business areas and levels of management.
A true passion for marketing and advertising including digital/ social media and technologies, traditional media areas and targeted media (including printing and distribution ).
An acceptable knowledge of all media platforms
Open to learning and participating in training modules essential in this evolving dynamic industry and learn new skills and trends in the industry
We will require you to:
Build new business relationships using existing and new industry contacts.
Meeting with the Retail Media Hub team on a weekly basis to assess performance against KPI's.
Implementing a variety of new business initiatives and tactics to drive sales.
Feeding back all suggestions and guide on insight to the opportunity if known on the prospective client.
Feedback all communication on competitive activities within accounts preventing the servicing of new accounts.
Generating leads and contacting potential customers via telephone, email and / or face to face.
Arranging meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate products and services provided by our business.
Identifying opportunities for new business within the market.
Ensuring customer contact ledgers and pipelines + servicing systems are best practice.
Have an ongoing passion and self-drive to be in step with media changes and initiatives presented internally and externally.
