Regional Sales and Operations Manager - ANZ

Role and Responsibilities: 
Identify new opportunities and drive sales numbers to realise Companys aggressive aims within Aus and NZ market.  

To spearhead sales and support efforts personally, this role requires that as well as driving a successful team that you  yourself deliver numbers on a monthly basis and also provide first hand support in the field. 

  Deliver sales strategy presentations, pipeline forecasts and deliver results as agreed with Hd of Field Sales, and Hd of  Call Centre Sales. 

  As we are in the initial stages of developing this market you will be responsible for all overall activity which is primarily  Field Sales Management, Logistics and Operations Support, and Customer Services and overall brand management. 

  Take overall ownership of operational requirements as well as managing the Field Sales and Field Support Agents in this  region. 

  Act as a point of contact for other key stakeholders within the company internationally. Such as HD of Sales UK, HD of  Sales Call Centre, Field Support Managers, Digital Marketing (where necessary) and of course leadership including the  CEO. 

  Play an active role in the hire, training and development of a successful Sales Team.  

Foster a positive culture alongside Asst Manager Call Centre Sales across your region between both Field and Call  Centre teams. 

Liaise closely with your counterpart in India who manages the Call Centre Agents operating in your region, coordinate  and support in problem resolution as well as campaign specific objectives.  

Build a sound understanding of the market, products, services and competitor activity.  

Ensure that reports of sales and support are provided on a timely basis. 

  Build and develop an effective winning team - construct KPIs and metrics that drive performance and are fit for  purpose.  

The role entails a broad range of activities and responsibilities some not mentioned in this JD. Every aspect of our  Companys activity and growth within these regions is your responsibility. 

What you'll need to succeed: 

A dynamic, proactive driven approach to all aspects of the job and all issues that arise.  

You will possess a winning mentality that is backed up by a track record of success in various roles entailing sales and or  support.  

Sector experience, as well as IT Solutions or Restaurant and Takeaway business knowledge are definite advantages.  

Leadership strength and Sales Team Management experience.  

A strong people manager.  

Proven coaching and mentoring focus coupled with tracking progress.  

Experience meeting & exceeding sales targets on a continuous basis  

Understand performance management and be familiar with establishing new service levels.  

Excellent communication, a readiness to travel to different regions and a hands on client facing tendency. Escalations  handled in person where possible. 
Display a solid day to day, weekly and monthly method of managing  teams efficiently to hit support and sales targets.
