Call Centre Operator Mackay

Immediate Start Monday - Friday, On-going temporary assignment - Mackay based, Call Centre experience essential.

Our client is looking for an experienced Call Centre operator who is used to and thrives on working in a busy, fast-paced environment.   The role is on-going but temporary in nature.  The client is a State Government department.

Your main responsibilities will include;

  • Customer Service Officer – Call Centre
  • Dealing with clients over the phone
  • Handling all enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Working within a busy Call Centre
  • Able and willing to work as part of a team
  • Following up with excellent administration support skills

Your suitability for the role will be assessed by the following;

  • Experience in a call centre essential
  • High level administration skills, including excellent data entry skills
  • High level attention to detail
  • High level customer service skills
  • High levels of adaptability
  • Available immediately
  • Possess excellent references from a similar role
