An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Administration officer. The role will involve:
In bound & outbound phone calls daily with our large client base.
Data entry across the companys job management software (Aroflo)
Maintain and manage the day to day operations of the company within Aroflo
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned\
General Administration Duties (managing documents & files)
Coordination between departments & operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative/operational problems
Calendar scheduling & upkeep
Improvement of the business processes and systems in conjunction with the management team
The position will be on a full-time basis for 40 hours per week with an attractive remuneration package.
The successful applicant will be required to meet the following criteria.
Proven work experience as an Administrative officer, Administrator or similar role
Ability to work within in a team & individually
Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise work.
Ability to undertake instructions & execute tasks.
Effective verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service approach
Willingness for personal development and growth, with a drive to perform beyond the requirements of their role.
Computer Skills & ability to work efficiently with computers. (Microsoft, Gmail etc)
Professionalism & strong work Ethic.
Aroflo software experience
Advanced Microsoft skills
Previous experience in a similar position
