Detailing Admin Assistant

We are a manufacturer of superior quality, light-weight prefabricated steel frames, trusses and floor systems.  We are searching for an energetic Detailing Admin Assistant to join our team.

In this varied role you will reporting to the Detailing Team Leader with daily interaction with the General Manager, CEO and each department. You will be responsible for a range of Administration duties including:

DETAILING ADMINISTRATION

  • Roll Folder Preparation
  • Carpenters Plans Preparation
  • Site paperwork
  • Safe Work Method Statement Preparation
  • Printing
  • Filing
  • Assisting the detailing team
  • Keeping the detailing room organised

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

  • Running errands as required
  • Other Administration duties as requested

To be successful you will have:

  • A great attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to achieve targets and deadlines
  • High attention to detail, high level of accuracy and excellent communication skills
  • A can-do attitude and the initiative to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Computer literate intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite.  Experience with MYOB is advantageous, not a must
  • Ability to multi-task
  • A corporate and professional demeanour and an ability to communicate with people of all levels
