Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in the smooth running and promotion of the practice. The ideal candidate will:
Have the flexibility to travel to three locations (Blackwood/ Marryatville/ Prospect).
Ability to be flexible (Start times maybe 8 am and finish times can be 7 pm).
Saturday 8-12 is required.
Be available for -25 per hours (with future opportunities to increase hours)
Enjoy working in a supportive fun environment and want to get to know your team and have a laugh. This role is job share, so this is very important.
Pay strong attention to detail/ be able to multitask/prioritise
Be able to cope under pressure with a smile and professionalism.
Allied Health/Medical reception experience an advantage.
Marketing/ Social Media experience an advantage.
Love building rapport with patients.
Invoicing - Patient & Third Party
Patient bookings and diary management
Answer incoming calls & enquiries efficiently
Social Media/Marketing Role
Social Media including content creation (Posts, Videos etc.)
Marketing our Hip & Knee Events
Bring your great ideas.
Bonus points if you can send some examples of social media/ marketing work that you think would suit us.
Additionally, we require applicants to have their drivers licence, a current CPR certificate
and an SA Police Clearance (or willing to obtain one). Remuneration will be dependent on
