Jayco Mackay are seeking a multi-skilled and highly motivated person to join our team in a dual role as Parts Interpreter and Workshop Service Advisor.
Both roles require a high level of customer service and to deliver this the successful applicant must have a practical ability and some knowledge of caravans and camper trailers.
Based in Bakers Creek at our modern facility, this role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to customers and delivering exceptional service.
The main responsibilities will include: Retail counter sales. Managing stock. Ordering spare parts. Making workshop bookings Taking phone calls. Processing warranty claims. Creating invoices. Handing caravans back to customers and reporting on work completed.
The necessary skills that the successful applicant must possess are: High level of computing skills Friendly nature Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Enthusiastic and willing to assist in all areas of the business The ability to draw on mechanical knowledge to assist customers with troubleshooting or technical queries
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in parts interpreting or in a workshop environment. On the job training will be provided.

This position is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday and will include some rostered Saturday mornings.
