Client Services / Administration Support

Who we are:

We are a reputable, progressive and award-winning Chartered Accounting firm based in Chatswood.

We are seeking a professional, motivated and trustworthy Client Services Intermediate team member who is committed to their role and the company and can always be counted on to get their job done. 

The role sits within Client Services and reports to the Practice Manager.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for existing clients and other visitors to our office and thus needs to be well presented and professional.  Previous experience in Xero or Myob or having worked in an accounting practice will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Immediate start available.

 

Your Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide support to the Practice Manager, Directors and Accountants
  • Standard letter preparation, word processing, typing, spreadsheet work
  • General correspondence via email, e-sign, letters
  • Preparing Income tax returns and financial statements for signing
  • Managing reception and answering of incoming calls
  • Maintaining and updating office administration procedures as required
  • Maintaining/ updating the client database
  • Electronic lodgement of documents with the ATO
  • Manage the liaison with tax authorities and other third-party institutions on client matters as required
  • Deal with client enquiries and provide additional services as required
  • Managing business and client banking
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, filing and scanning
  • Manage the office housekeeping including but not limited to booking meeting rooms, making coffee/ tea for clients, ensuring the office is tidy, managing office supplies

Remuneration:

$55K plus Super
