This role is critical to building brand awareness and positioning in the Brisbane and broader Australian marketplace.

Now for the role!
As a Digital Marketing and Social Media Genius, you will be responsible for some of the following areas:

  • Build online presence across website, landing pages, forms, emails and other online content
  • Create and execute integrated campaign activities including, but not limited to, direct marketing, SEM, SEO, copywriting, advertising and digital asset management
  • Identify and implement improvements to digital platforms, based on data-driven analysis and business needs, to optimise functionality, engagement and conversion performance
  • Run the show online

Your tools -

Ideally, you will have high-level proficiency required in as many of the following areas as possible (whether with exact products or similar technologies):

  • Google products including Analytics, Search Console, Ads platform, Tag Manager, My Business
  • Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn
  • Mailchimp, Dynamics 365 CRM, ClickDimensions, and other CRM programs and add-ons or marketing automation tools
  • Basic HTML & CSS, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom
  • Campaign management: Business manager (FB/IG) & Campaign Manager (LinkedIn) and Twitter Ads
  • Curating new audiences & building on existing

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Technologies or a related field (not a requirement, but a bonus!)
  • Minimum of 2-5+ years’ experience in similar role
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, EDMs and Social Media platforms
