About the role:
The permanent Full Time New Homes Consultant will be working from our Mount Waverley office, in a great atmosphere and positive, customer focused environment. Someone who is friendly, driven and will fit well within our small, hard working but fun team. Supported by the Management team, this role will appeal to those with experience and proven performers due to the diversity of home designs and high end custom finishes, with majority of our homes being Knock Down & Rebuild. You must have a burning desirer to succeed, be highly focused yet have a genuine ability to provide a customer experience on truly another level. You will have a strong skill set of building rapport, effective communication, negotiation and emotional intelligence.
Hours and days will be five days per week from Monday to Saturday, 8.30am 4.30pm with some flexibility required for after these hours to meet our clients needs. CURRENTLY NO DISPLAY HOME WORK.
This will involve:
Contacting online leads and assessing suitability
Siting Houses on block
Reviewing Rescode requirements and council regulations for clients land
Assisting clients with KDR requirements and some Town Planning jobs
Organising and directing all house plan drafting and amendments with our drafting company
Assisting clients with house design, potential upgrades and custom finishes
Following up on old leads and creating your own through networking etc.
Liaising with various companies to achieve the best outcome for client
Being main point of contact for client up until Contract signing, and then remaining in contact throughout the entirety of the build to build strong bond and exception customer experience.
Assisting with sourcing quotes, pricing & design ideas to help achieve the desired outcome and dream home for our clients.
Demonstrate the ability to fully understand the clients needs, concerns and priorities
Be able to assist the clients with ideas and decision making regarding their home purchase
Highly driven with a passion for working in new home sales
Exceptional personal presentation with a professional manner for customer service
Proven high performer with excellent organisation & administration skills
Self motivated with a positive mindset
Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills
