We are more than passionate about coffee and what we do and are looking for a motivated, creative and driven person to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant. 

About the role

This role will be responsible for the maintenance, marketing and further development of our multiple online platforms across many of our brands. 

The ideal candidate will need to be familiar with the online sales market and can hit the ground running, with a strong ability to organise, plan and create effective strategies to build brand awareness, increase online traffic and achieve sound sales growth year on year.

Roles and Duties

  • Maintain multiple brand websites; updating products, copy and imagery
  • Implementing best SEO practice
  • Organise graphics (photography, design briefs, creation)
  • Manage online promotions including the creation of EDMS
  • Customer service and managing online enquiries (after hours replying is essential in providing quality service) 
  • Assisting with brand launches
  • Assist the Digital Sales Manager with special projects 
  • Ongoing reporting obligations in accordance with Digital Sales Managers requirements. 
  • Logging customer data and building on existing database 
  • Social Media Management

  • Knowledge and understanding of legal policies for use in online platforms

Essential Selection Criteria

To be selected for this position the you must have:

  • Drivers license and own vehicle
  • Higher Education Degree not required
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in similar industry 
  • High level experience using Canva and Mail Chimp (or similar EDM systems) 
  • Intermediate experience in Shopify and Wordpress
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager and Instagram 
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adwords, Tag Manager, Search Console and Merchant Centre
