Client Services Officer

This is an ideal opportunity to work for a premier Financial Planning business in South Perth.

This support role will have the following responsibilities within the business: 

  • New business lodgements and implementation
  • Following up of any outstanding documentation
  • Handling incoming client queries
  • File management
  • Maintenance of client files and reporting systems
  • Preparation of client review reporting
  • Insurance applications
  • Managing correspondence for clients
  • Filing, photocopying and general administration duties as required

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working in a Financial Planning Practice
  • Insurance and Superannuation experience
  • Good overall MS office skills
  • Experience using Xplan desirable
  • A professional and well-spoken manner
  • Enthusiasm and a good work ethic
  • Excellent organisation skills


The successful candidate will have a come from a Finance, Insurance or Banking background with a minimum of 1-2 years experience.
